One example is &#8211; put your self in a comfortable position, Breath in using your diaphragm (belly breathing) for 4 seconds, hold your breath gently for 7 seconds and then slowly breathe out for 8 seconds. Repeat this process for 8-10 breaths. It may be hard to do at first, but when you get used to it, it is pretty easy and the results are very beneficial to your wellbeing.
